How quickly will I receive my report?
Most reports are ready within 2–5 minutes after payment. You'll see a download button on the confirmation page, and we'll also email you a backup download link.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
You can still order one. A birth time is what places the Ascendant, the Midheaven and the twelve houses - the Ascendant moves a full degree every four minutes - so without it we do not calculate them, and we do not guess at them either. The chapters that would ordinarily read them are written instead from what your date and place do fix: the signs, the aspects the planets make to one another, and the balance of the chart as a whole. They run their usual length, so what you receive is not a shortened reading, and it opens with a page setting out exactly what is left out. Two things then need more care than the rest. Any body sitting close to a sign boundary on your birth day could belong to either sign - the Moon most often, at about thirteen degrees a day, but the Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars can do it too - and the reading names both signs rather than choosing between them. And because the hour shifts every separation slightly, the reading quotes no orb figures, discusses only the contacts that hold for the whole of that day, and never tells you that two bodies form no aspect; the Moon's contacts are left out altogether. In a year-ahead reading, transits to your own planets are read as conditions of the year rather than given dates, while eclipses, sign changes and stations keep theirs. You will be asked to confirm you understand this before you pay.
How accurate are the calculations?
We compute your chart from the same planetary data NASA uses - the gold standard for astrological calculations used by professional software worldwide. Planet positions are accurate to within fractions of an arc-second.
Can I get a refund?
Since reports are digital products generated within minutes, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds once your report has been created - you waive the 14-day withdrawal right at checkout. If something is actually wrong (generation failed, the report doesn't match your data), contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. Unredeemed gift vouchers can be refunded within 14 days. What do you do with my birth data?
Your birth data is used to generate your report and to keep it available in your library. We keep the report and its birth data for 24 months from purchase - after that the report expires and its contents are deleted. PDFs are rendered on demand and never stored. You can erase everything earlier at any time via the Delete-my-data page.
