Most reports are ready within 2–5 minutes after payment. You'll see a download button on the confirmation page, and we'll also email you a backup download link.

You can still get a report! Without a birth time, house placements and the Ascendant cannot be calculated, so those sections will be omitted. The planet-in-sign interpretations, aspects, and overall chart patterns will still be accurate.

Since reports are digital products generated within minutes, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds once your report has been created — you waive the 14-day withdrawal right at checkout. If something is actually wrong (generation failed, the report doesn't match your data), contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. Unredeemed gift vouchers can be refunded within 14 days. Your birth data is used to generate your report and to keep it available in your library. We keep the report and its birth data for 24 months from purchase — after that the report expires and its contents are deleted. PDFs are rendered on demand and never stored. You can erase everything earlier at any time via the Delete-my-data page.
