This policy covers purchases at starbind.me/reports, operated by STORMVIBE Ltd. (EOOD), EIK 208809995. It works together with the Reports Terms of Sale.
1. The Short Version
- Reports are personalized digital products generated within minutes of payment. At checkout you ask us to start immediately and acknowledge waiving the 14-day withdrawal right — so once your report has been generated, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.
- If something is actually wrong — generation failed, you were charged without receiving a report, the report doesn't match the data you entered — we will fix it or refund you.
- Unredeemed gift vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
2. Why No Change-of-Mind Refunds
Each report is written specifically for the birth data you submit and delivered immediately. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply when performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right — which is exactly what the consent checkbox at checkout records. 3. When You Are Entitled to a Remedy
EU consumers retain their statutory rights for digital content that fails to conform to the contract (Directive (EU) 2019/770). We will regenerate the report or refund the purchase if:
- Generation failed and you never received your report.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The report does not correspond to the data you entered (e.g. wrong chart computed for the data submitted).
- The delivered content is materially defective — missing sections, corrupted file, wrong language.
Contact [email protected] with your order email and a description. Our first remedy is to fix or regenerate the report; if we can't within a reasonable time, we refund. Mistyped birth data: if you entered incorrect data (wrong date, time, or place), contact support — we will regenerate the report with corrected data free of charge, once per order, as a courtesy. This is a goodwill remedy, not a statutory obligation. [[NEEDS LAWYER: confirm framing.]]
4. Gift Vouchers
A gift voucher is delivered as a code and is "performed" only when redeemed. You may therefore cancel an unredeemed voucher within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. 5. How Refunds Are Paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of approval. We do not charge a fee for processing a refund.
