Download your StarBind data
You can request a machine-readable copy of your StarBind data at any time. This page provides the export path for people who do not currently have the StarBind app installed.
Have the app installed? You can reach this same page from Settings → Legal → Download my data. The result is identical.
What the export contains
We prepare a single structured JSON file (GDPR Art. 20, data portability) containing:
- Your account profile (email, birth data, language, preferences).
- Your natal charts and computed chart data.
- Your personal horoscopes and dream-journal entries.
- Birth profiles you saved for other people.
- Your stardust transaction history and consent records.
- Your chat history with the AI guide.
How it works
Enter your account email below. We will prepare your data and email a secure download link to the address on file. The link expires after about 48 hours, after which the file is permanently deleted.
If you cannot access your email
If the email address on your account is no longer accessible to you, please write to [email protected] with as much detail as you can about the account. We will verify by other means and provide your data within 30 days, per GDPR Art. 12(3).
Supervisory authority
If you are dissatisfied with how we handle your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with our lead supervisory authority: the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, Bulgaria, cpdp.bg.
